• Once your jacket arrives for in-store pickup, you will receive a personal call.


• Orders that are shipped will receive a track & trace once we print the label. This does not automatically mean the jacket is already on its way. The status will only be updated once PostNL scans the barcode.


• Due to shipping, a maximum of 2 jackets can be ordered per order. If you order more, you will receive a payment request for additional shipping costs.


• The in-store stock is separate from the online stock. It is possible that a jacket may still be in stock in the store. Feel free to call the store for current availability.


• The jacket will always show as “in stock” if it is actually available for order. If it is not in stock, then the pre-order is completely sold out.


• Discount codes are not valid on this jacket. Only personal coupons (such as gift cards or a personal credit voucher) can be used – promotional discount codes are not valid.

Our long puffer coat is the perfect jacket for the cold months. Made from recycled fibers and lined with high-quality fiberdown, it keeps you wonderfully warm and is a more sustainable choice.

The jacket is windproof, water-repellent, and dirt-resistant –  Please note: water-repellent means you can walk through a brief rain shower with it, but it is not a full rain jacket with sealed seams. For prolonged, heavy downpours, you will need a proper rain jacket.

Furthermore, the jacket is finished with stylish and functional details, such as fleece-lined pockets, a specially designed hood, a double zipper, side snaps, and extra lining at the sleeves. The fit and model are timeless, ensuring you always look comfortable and stylish.

👉 Washing instructions: Scan the QR code inside the jacket for the correct instructions. Wash the jacket as little as possible to maintain its quality and lifespan.
